How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Premium subscriptions are managed directly from your App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) account settings, in the Subscriptions section.
I changed device: how do I restore my Premium?
Open the app, go to Profile and tap "Restore purchases". Your subscription will be recognised automatically.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and associated data directly from the app, in the Profile section. You can find more details on the Delete account page.
The identification is not accurate, what can I do?
Identification from photos can be inaccurate. For better results, take sharp, close-up photos of leaves, flowers or cap, and upload up to 3 images of the same species. Remember to always consult a qualified expert before foraging or consuming any species.
